The Altruist Business Hotel Whitefield

Break fast was adequate- staff manning the service at the breakfast area seem a little annoyed at guests for even asking for an omelette or tea/coffee brought to the table. But that's fine since its self service , maybe the culture is that . One more thing is on Sunday (we requested a dry breakfast to whatever limited extent could be packed for us - they said yes after checking right up to the Restaurant manager and defined the time too as between 6-30 am to 6-45 am) but when we came to collect at 6.45 am , they said - not possible to do - and afterwards gave us some cut fruits in a box - when we were settling the bill and leaving- MY REQUEST IS THIS - IF BREAKFAST CANNOT BE PACKED AND CAN ONLY BE CONSUMED AT THE RESTAURANT- ITS A POLICY and IT JUST NEEDS TO BE CONVEYED. Our travel time was delayed by 1.5 hours - as we were driving back - and we could have left much much earlier but for this trust in the restaurants sense of guest commitment.But for these two aspects - the food at the restaurant was good , value for money .

The location was brilliant, and the front desk staff were exceptional, especially when under pressure; they always made time for you. I had a query, and despite it being very busy, Alisha, who was on the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my query was fully resolved. I appreciated the fact that the management was always available and willing to assist. The housekeeping service was also excellent, going above and beyond. With the presence of security, I felt safe at all times. The conference rooms available were adequate, secluded, and private, ensuring uninterrupted business conferences. This was an additional bonus. Additionally, the restaurant provided amazing food. Leaving will be bittersweet. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who works there. It has been an absolute pleasure staying at your hotel.

The staff were very good and treated me very well. I was offered an upgrade to the suite room. They maintained the room well. Provided response quickly. Food was good for the selected price range. Room orders were served quickly and fresh food.

I was traveling to Bangalore for a business purpose. I had a good stay at the Altruist hotel. The Breakfast was awesome every day. all areas were clean. Taxi services can be improved.
